1. Service Scope
Zakasa Travels provides taxi services for airport pickups, drops, local and outstation travel. Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, website, or phone.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only after receiving full trip details (pickup location, drop location, date/time).
A confirmation message will be sent once a driver is assigned and 1 hour before travel.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the trip will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a ₹300 cancellation fee.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours) will be non-refundable.
4. How to Cancel
You can cancel your booking by:

Please share your booking ID or ride details when requesting a cancellation.
5. Refund Policy
Eligible refunds (as per the above policy) will be processed within 2–3 business days to the original payment method.
If payment was made via UPI, credit card, or bank transfer, the amount will be credited to the same account.
For cash bookings, refund (if any) will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be applicable under the following situations:
Delays caused due to incorrect address or phone number provided by the customer.
Cancellations due to last-minute flight changes not communicated to Zakasa.
Refusal to travel due to vehicle model (if preferences were not clearly mentioned while booking).
Driver already dispatched and incurred travel costs.
7. Delays & Liability
While we strive for punctuality, Zakasa Travels is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
We are not liable for any loss due to missed flights, trains, or appointments.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide correct contact info and be available at the pickup point.
Any damage to the vehicle by the customer will be chargeable.
Pets and animals would not be allowed in the journey.
9. Pricing
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and service type.
Toll, parking, and interstate taxes, night charges (if any) are extra unless mentioned otherwise.
10. Changes to Terms
Zakasa Travels is a Unit of Zakasa Enterprises Pvt Ltd and reserves the right to modify this policy at any time based on operational or legal requirements. Any changes will be updated on our website and booking channels.
